Vouchers may be accepted only for breakfast club (£4 a session) and after school care (£9 a session).
A charge will be made as usual to your ParentPay account. This will continue to show as a debt until we have actually received your payment and it is reconciled with our bank. Therefore you may receive several letters about payments owed before it is cleared. Apologies for this, but it is the only way we can track payments with a clear audit trail.
